Photography Session Terms & Conditions
By booking a photography session and submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Photography sessions may be canceled or rescheduled at least 14 days before the scheduled session date.
Each booking may be rescheduled one time only. Any additional rescheduling requests will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking will be required.
If the client cancels or requests to reschedule less than 14 days before the scheduled session, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. A new deposit will be required to book another date.
Studio Fees
All studio rental fees are non-refundable once the studio has been reserved.
If the client cancels or reschedules the session after the studio has been booked, any studio fees already paid cannot be refunded or transferred unless otherwise permitted by the studio's own cancellation policy.
Weather & Rain Policy
For outdoor sessions, weather conditions will be monitored before the photo shoot.
If rain or severe weather makes it unreasonable or unsafe to proceed with the session, the photo shoot may be rescheduled to another available date without a rescheduling fee.
Weather-related rescheduling initiated or approved by the photographer does not count as the client's one permitted reschedule.
Cloudy weather, cold temperatures, wind, or other normal seasonal conditions are not automatically considered reasons for rescheduling unless the photographer determines that the conditions would significantly affect the session or safety.
Late Arrivals
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being ready to begin the session at the scheduled start time.
If the client arrives late, the photo shoot will still end at the originally scheduled time. The session is not automatically extended to compensate for late arrival.
Late arrival may result in less shooting time and fewer photographs, while the full session price remains unchanged.
If the photographer's schedule allows, additional time may be purchased at the following rates:

- Up to 15 additional minutes — $100
- Up to 30 additional minutes — $200
